2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending review.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited within thirty (30) seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited within minutes during standard banking hours. 4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your wtfwin account using funds derived from illegal activities. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. wtfwin complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
wtfwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through wtfwin's customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by wtfwin may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official regulatory channels.
